Access to project documents and materials related to the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Resources may include agency correspondence, technical studies and reports, public and agency scoping materials, meeting summaries, and relevant regulatory guidance under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Materials will be added and updated throughout the EIS process to reflect ongoing analysis, interagency coordination, and opportunities for public and stakeholder review.
